Refund policy

All our products are made with great attention to every detail,
but if for some reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase you will be entitled to get a refund or exchange of the product
if you request this in writing within 7 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in un-used original condition (unused, unwashed in original packaging). The international postage costs are not refundable. Buyer pays the return shipment.

We will make a refund of purchase to your Paypal account once we receive the return. You are responsible for the returned parcel until it reaches us - we suggest to send it with registered mail. Unfortunately, we can't accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.

Custom made products are non-refundable, unless faulty,damaged or not the size you have ordered.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES  -  BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES THAT MAY APPLY.  THESE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading.

The colour on a computer monitor may be slightly different than the real one - it depends on the individual monitor settings.
