Shipping Policies
Please allow 1 – 2 weeks processing time before your order is shipped.
We will always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. If an express delivery is required please contact us.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination of each shipment.
Estimated time of delivery (not including processing time)The estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance processes, busy holiday period, weather circumstances etc. We can’t be held responsible for any shipping delays once a package has been shipped
Orders will be send with International Priority Mail , Global Express or EMS. Each shipment will be marked as sent and a tracking number will be advised .
Most orders send to US and Canada will be shipped with EMS - please leave your telephone number at checkout for the courier to contact you.
Customs regulations require that we enclose an invoice with all orders shipped .
